Steve Bevan MRICS
Steve joined the practice in 1996. He is particularly experienced in quantity surveying and the role of employer’s agent. Steve is responsible for the practice’s structured training programme.
Steve enjoys most sports, equally as a spectator or participant. He particularly enjoys cycling, when he is not falling off.

Mark Davies BSc (Hons) PG Dipl QS
Mark joined the practice in 2003 with the majority of his experience to date being residential and commercial, mainly in an Employers Agency role.
Mark keeps an active lifestyle, making the most of frequent visits to the Lake District and is frequently sighted hitting the odd golf ball.
