Training

Dudley Smith Partnership encourages a continuing path of pro-active training. The training philosophy is to provide, support and enhance the development of individuals and services.
Assistance is provided to enable all staff to attain appropriate qualifications. The Partnership also operates a structured training programme, approved by the RICS, which includes part time study at colleges/universities and support for postgraduates wishing to obtain chartered status.
The Partnership also promotes and supports Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Examples of training courses attended by personnel include the following:

The Partnership holds regular in-house technical seminars for CPD purposes and CPD study packs are available for the use of personnel.
